About the event
On September 21st, we will be honoring our loved ones by planting a tree here in Colorado Springs at one of our beautiful city parks. This is the seventh year that we have been able to plant a beautiful tree to represent the love that still lives in our hearts for our loved ones.
If you would like your loved one's name read and planted with our tree, please send name and a brief message to cosheartbeat@gmail.com by 9/19 or fill out the form for this event if you would like to have a note with your loved one's name and a note to them planted with the tree.
There is no cost to submit a name and note, but please consider donating to Heartbeat if you can. You do not need to attend to have a note planted with the tree.
